We design inverterless DC systems from your actual load: bulbs, fans, battery operated flood lights, CCTV and charging. The box can include lithium battery with BMS, solar charge controller protection and 5V 3A mobile charging.

PWM is economical for same-voltage panel and battery systems. MPPT is better when panel voltage is higher or charging efficiency matters.
12V lithium battery packs such as 6Ah, 12Ah, 18Ah and 24Ah with compact size and faster charging.
DC bulbs, mobile charging, table fan, pedestal fan, ceiling fan, CCTV and battery operated flood lights.
DC material range
Panels, batteries, controllers and DC loads selected for compact inverterless systems.
PWM or MPPT
PWM is simple and economical, but the solar panel voltage and battery voltage should match. If the solar panel is 12V, battery should be 12V; for 24V panel, battery should be 24V. MPPT gives more flexibility and better charging. For example, a 24V panel can charge a 12V battery through a suitable MPPT controller.

Best for 2 to 4 bulbs or small table fan setup.

DC system calculator
Enter loads used between 10 AM and 4 PM as daytime usage. Enter evening/night hours separately. Panel is calculated for both direct daytime load and battery charging, with 20% extra margin.
How we finalize it
Bulb, fan, mobile charger, flood light, CCTV and quantity.
10 AM to 4 PM load is direct solar side; after 4 PM is battery backup side.
Panel size covers daytime use plus battery charging energy.
We add margin so backup is not cut-to-cut in real use.
