How we install
Step-by-step work flow
Every site is different, so final material, foundation size, pole height and wattage are confirmed after checking soil, road width and mounting location.
Site marking and spacing
Road width, boundary wall shadow, gate movement, vehicle turning, camera area and required light throw are checked first. Pole distance and wattage are selected from the real site condition.
Concrete base work
The pit is made as per pole height and soil strength. Anchor bolts are held with a template, concrete is filled and curing time is given so the pole remains straight in wind and vibration.
Pole material and colouring
For industrial work we use GI/MS tubular or octagonal poles with base plate, arm bracket, nut-bolt set and anti-rust paint or galvanized finish as per site requirement.
Light, panel and wiring fitting
LED light, solar panel, lithium battery, charge controller and protection wiring are fitted cleanly on the pole. Panel direction and tilt are set for better charging through the day.
Pole fixing and handover
The pole is lifted onto the RCC base, tightened on the anchor bolts, leveled, wired and checked for charging, dusk-to-dawn operation, light throw and final safety.

Foundation first
Concrete setup and anchor cage
We start with pit marking, excavation and the anchor bolt cage. The bolts are kept in line before concrete, because this decides whether the pole will sit straight after installation.
Heavy material handling
Pole transport, material checking and colour work
Pole, brackets, clamps, nut-bolts, wiring and fittings are checked together. For outdoor industrial sites we prefer GI/MS structure with anti-rust finish and proper handling during transport.
Electrical assembly
Street light and solar panel fitting on pole
The LED street light, solar panel, battery/controller box and wiring are fitted before pole erection wherever the site allows. This keeps the work safer and the wiring cleaner.
Erection and alignment
Pole fitting on concrete base
After the base is ready, the pole is lifted, matched with the anchor bolts and tightened with washers and nuts. Level, direction and cable safety are checked before final locking.
Proof and handover
Final testing and site explanation
The complete installation is checked for charging, auto on-off timing, light throw, panel direction and controller safety. The customer also gets a clear explanation of the installed system.
